During my doctoral studies, I focused on leadership effectiveness and educational equity, culminating in a dissertation examining the relationship between teacher grit and self-efficacy. I am Dr. Deanna M. Dobbins, a dedicated advocate for Educational Excellence. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University, followed by a Master’s in Educational Administration and a Doctorate in Education. For over two decades, I have crossed state lines and leadership boundaries—serving as a teacher, principal, and superintendent across Oklahoma, Texas, and Michigan.

Executive Leadership & Strategic Impact

My career is defined by a commitment to data-driven growth and fiscal responsibility. I have successfully managed budgets exceeding $20 million and secured over $4 million in competitive grants, ensuring that every dollar serves the ultimate goal: student success.

Superintendent/Principal, White Rock Public Schools: Currently leading with a dual focus on high-level strategy and daily operational excellence.
Superintendent, Bloomingdale Public Schools: Led a district of 1,100 students and 220 staff. I spearheaded a $17 million bond passage and implemented a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) that fundamentally shifted student engagement.
Principal, Glenpool Elementary: Managed a high-capacity campus of 1,500 students and 150 staff, securing $400,000 in grants while mentoring the next generation of school leaders.
Adjunct Professor, Oklahoma State University: Shaping the future of the field by sharing leadership insights with aspiring educators.
